The letter urges Governor Jared Polis, Attorney General Phil Weiser, and Secretary of State Jena Griswold to exercise their authority to protect election integrity, voter access, and democratic norms in the face of growing federal overreach and intimidation, and asks a series of important questions about how they will do so.
