This town hall will feature remarks by State Senator Dylan Roberts, Representative Lesley Smith, District Attorney Heidi McCollum, and the Clear Creek County Commissioners.

Support for SNAP recipients, ongoing.

Although the federal shutdown is over, funds for the SNAP program are still at risk. Thousands of low-income Coloradans are food insecure. Many statewide and local groups have stepped up to support local food banks to fill the gap in SNAP benefits. Colorado Public Radio has compiled a list of organizations working to keep people fed.

In Clear Creek County, Loaves and Fishes is the local food pantry. They can always use your support, whether through donations of funds, canned goods, or your time.

11/28/2025 - Leftovers with Friends- Noon-2pm - (In-person) Join the Gabe Evans Protest Group at the Good Shepherd Food Bank at 10785 Melody Drive, Northglenn, CO for some leftovers and community building. Bring your Thanksgiving leftovers to share. A new program will be rolled out that day by Ernestine Garcia.

We are comprised of people from across the nation, with many residing in Colorado.
